With over 15 years of experience together, the TJT Group, formerly doing business as RayLee Homes, continues to lead the industry in aptitude and innovation. As partners and siblings, Tammy, Jeff and Tim take great pride in the mission and core values they’ve created and instilled at their company. Together their respect and comradery make focusing on all aspects of the business fun and enjoyable. This energy and commitment to excellence ensure homeowners receive the very best in product design and customer service.

Tammy’s experience continues to shine in the areas of design, livability and aesthetics. Her eye for detail can be seen through the thoughtful flow and function of each floor plan and in each unique design finish chosen. This pairs nicely with Jeff’s practical approach to construction management. Jeff continues to lead his team focused on the use of quality materials and products, built and installed with 20 years of construction experience, and attention to quality control. While Tammy and Jeff work in unison with clients and long lasting trade partners, Tim oversees the financial health of the company. His continued efforts to regulate and control product costs ensures the overall value to the consumer is protected.
